1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Nutrapour Lifesciences Private Limited (“Company”, “Nutrapour”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.nutrapour.com, mobile applications, and related services (“Platform”), and the purchase of our nutraceutical products (“Products”).

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

 

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.

  • By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • If purchasing on behalf of a company or entity, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.

 

 

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain services.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Nutrapour reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if false or misleading information is provided.

 

 

4. PRODUCTS & PRICING

  • Product descriptions, ingredients, and prices are listed on the Platform. We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur.

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Nutrapour reserves the right to change product availability, prices, or discontinue Products at any time without prior notice.

 

 

5. PAYMENTS

  • Payments must be made using secure payment gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other methods supported).

  • By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

  • Transactions are processed via PCI-DSS compliant providers. Nutrapour does not store your card details.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

 

 

6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided but may vary due to logistics or external factors.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the Products by our logistics partners.

  • Delays due to natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or force majeure are beyond our control.

 

 

7. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Returns are accepted only for Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Products must be returned unused, sealed, and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

  • Certain Products (e.g., opened supplements, personal care items) are non-returnable for health & safety reasons.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after quality inspection.

  • Cancellation requests must be made before order dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

 

 

8. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Resell, distribute, or exploit Products for unauthorized commercial purposes.

  • Upload or transmit harmful code, viruses, or offensive content.

  • Nutrapour Products are nutraceutical supplements, not medicines.

  • They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare professional before using our Products, especially if pregnant, nursing, under 18, or with pre-existing conditions.

  • Nutrapour is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.

 

 

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, product images, descriptions, designs, and software, are the property of Nutrapour Lifesciencies Pvt. Ltd. and protected under Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.

 

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutrapour is not liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

    • Delays, errors, or inaccuracies in content

  • Our liability for defective Products is limited to replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

 

 

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nutrapour, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Misuse of Products

  • Violation of applicable laws

 

 

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

  • Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment gateways, Google services).

  • Nutrapour is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of such third parties.

  • Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.

 

 

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, internet failures, cyberattacks, government actions, or pandemics.

 

 

15. TERMINATION

Nutrapour reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.

 

 

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.

  • In case of disputes, jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts at Amritsar, Punjab, India.

 

 

17. AMENDMENTS

Nutrapour reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with the revised date. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

 

18. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL (Mandatory as per Indian E-Commerce Rules)
