At Nutrapour Lifesciencies Pvt. Ltd. (“Nutrapour”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), customer satisfaction and product integrity are our top priorities. This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may return, exchange, cancel, or request a refund for your purchase.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

This policy applies to all purchases made via our official website www.nutrapour.com, mobile application, or authorized sales channels.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Our Products are nutraceutical supplements, classified as consumables. Hence, opened or used items are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You may request a return or replacement only if:

You received the wrong Product (different SKU/variant).

The Product was damaged, defective, or leaked upon delivery.

The Product is expired at the time of delivery.
Conditions for acceptance:

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with labels intact.

A receipt/invoice must be provided for verification.
Nutrapour reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or partially used Products.

Products without original packaging or tampered seals.
-
Free samples, promotional items, or bundled offers.
-
Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces.
4. RETURN PROCESS

Contact our Customer Support Team at care@nutrapour.com within 7 days of delivery.

Provide order ID, product details, and photographs of the item showing damage/defect.

Once verified, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup (where available).

Returned Products undergo quality inspection before approval for replacement/refund.
5. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed only after the returned Product passes quality inspection.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be issued via NEFT/UPI transfer to your registered bank account.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where the return is due to Nutrapour’s error (wrong/defective/damaged product).
6. REPLACEMENTS

Eligible returns may be replaced with the same product (subject to availability).

If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled by the customer before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

In case of successful cancellation before dispatch, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Nutrapour reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:

Suspected fraudulent transactions,

Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer,

Product unavailability.
8. DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe:

Check with your bank/payment provider first.

9. LIABILITY

Nutrapour shall not be liable for returns/refunds in cases where:

Products are damaged due to customer mishandling.

Products are returned without prior authorization.

Products are purchased from unauthorized resellers.

Nutrapour may update this Return & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our Platform with a revised effective date.
