Orders & Shipping Policy

 

At Nutrapour Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. (“Nutrapour”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience with us is smooth, transparent, and reliable. This Orders & Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing order processing, packaging, shipping, and delivery of products purchased through our official website www.nutrapour.com, mobile application, or other authorized sales channels.

 


 

1. ORDER PLACEMENT & CONFIRMATION

  • Orders can be placed through our website, mobile app, or authorized resellers.

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order ID, product details, and estimated delivery time.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), your order will be confirmed via SMS/phone call before dispatch.

  • Nutrapour reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or incorrect information.

 


 

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next working day.

  • Processing may be delayed in cases of stock shortages, unforeseen circumstances, or high order volumes. Customers will be notified accordingly.

 


 

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We ship orders through reliable third-party courier partners across India.

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

    • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

    • Remote/Rural Locations: 7–10 business days

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, courier delays, natural calamities, lockdowns).

 


 

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1000.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged on orders below the threshold.

  • COD orders may attract an additional handling fee (as displayed at checkout).

 


 

5. PACKAGING & HANDLING

  • All Products are packaged in tamper-proof, hygienic, and protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

  • If the outer packaging appears tampered/damaged, customers are advised not to accept delivery and immediately report the issue to us at care@nutrapour.com.

 


 

6. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

  • Orders can be tracked on our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.

  • For tracking assistance, contact our support team at care@nutrapour.com.

 


 

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILED DELIVERY

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If the package remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to Nutrapour.

  • Re-shipping may incur additional shipping charges borne by the customer.

 


 

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Currently, Nutrapour ships only within India.

  • International orders may be introduced in the future, subject to regulatory approvals.

 


 

9. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

Nutrapour shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, floods, or earthquakes.

  • Strikes, labor disputes, or courier network disruptions.

  • Government restrictions, customs delays, or regulatory interventions.

 


 

10. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team at care@nutrapour.com.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

 


 

11. DAMAGED OR WRONG DELIVERIES

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect Product, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

  • Eligible cases will be resolved through replacement or refund, as per our Return & Cancellation Policy.

 


 

12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that the shipping address, contact details, and pincode provided are accurate and complete.

  • Be available to receive deliveries during the expected timeline.

  • Inspect the package at delivery and report discrepancies immediately.
